There is now a number of finance packages available for a R9000 turbine:

Lease land for free electricity
Evance has partnered with SolarVentus, investors in renewable energy, to offer free electricity to landowners in England, Scotland and Wales.
Under this finance package, an R9000 wind turbine is installed free of charge in exchange for a 25 year lease. In return the landowner can use as much of the generated electricity as required, free of charge, and SolarVentus receive the income generated from the Feed-in Tariffs.
To benefit from this free electricity the proposed location for a turbine needs to be suitable, that is, open and with an average annual wind speed of greater than 6 m/s.
Once a site is accepted the process is hassle free for the landowner as a site survey, planning applications and installation are all managed by SolarVentus. Also as SolarVentus retain ownership of the equipment they cover the costs of maintenance and insurance.

Hire Purchase Packages
Hire purchase packages are now available to help UK businesses, schools and local government own a R9000 wind turbine.
By installing a R9000 turbine in the right location substantial savings can be made and an income generated through Feed-in Tariffs(FiTs).
Example
On a site with wind speeds averaging 6m/s annually the Evance R9000 will generate over 13,500kWh of energy. This is equivalent to energy costs of around £1,350 assuming a rate of 10p per kWh. Also generating renewable energy using this MCS certified turbine allows the receipt of FiT payments. Using the above example, payment of 28p per kWh gives an income in excess of £3,600 per annum.
These new finance offerings allow the purchase of a R9000 turbine over a 5 year period through monthly payments. Depending upon circumstances, this would cost about £7,200 per year, approximately 50% of which is offset by the FiT payment. With the potential reduction in energy costs, installing the turbine would result in a net outlay of less than £250 per month for the first 5 years and then an income of over £300 per month for the remaining 15 years.

Finance for UK Schools & Local Government Organisations
Evance and Moor Leasing have partnered to bring UK schools, educational centres and Local Government organisations a unique Feed-in Tariff (FiT) based finance package.
With this package a R9000 turbine can be installed, dependent on site location & wind speed, to support a reduction in energy costs.
After an initial investment no further outlay is required as Moor Leasing will register for the FiT income and once this has covered the full investment it will be shared with the customer (based on level of initial investment).
